Go into your "control panels" folder and doubleclick on the "Memory" control panel. When it opens, choose to turn off Virtual Memory, close the Memory control panel window, and restart your computer. There are many opinions about the benefits of Virtual memory, but you have a good amount of RAM, and you do not need to have Virtual memory turned on.
