I hate to say it, but "me too" please :-)

The archive seems to have been withdrawn due to a bug with the installer
and not for any possible legal problems with Apple.

I did find a note somewhere about using ResEdit to change one of the
supported CD-ROM burners to the replacement, but it's obviously easier to
have a utility to do it for you.
