Don't know about signatures, but I got to mention, when I got my shiny new S900 it came with a broken door, and for some reason I ended up with several replacements. I think their average life before breaking like the last one was about 20 minutes. The hinge system is very weak, and if you don't break them putting them on you'll break them the first time you leave the door open and you nudge it a little to hard. I suspect the plastic has hardened somewhat over the years making the situation even worse.
