I'm sure this has been covered before, but I couldn't find the thread with the MacLaunch search engine.
I have a J700/180/184MB/4GB with a USB card and the original Twin Turbo video card running OS 8.6. I've already installed a USB card. I would like to be able to do digital video and audio, and have thought that it would be cheaper to buy a used or refurbished ibook 600 than it would be to upgrade the J700. Is my assumption correct? If I do upgrade, what would I need to do, and in what priority order should I do it? What would each upgrad cost? If this has been covered before, please point me to the appropriate thread.
