Adrian, it should all be a matter of screwing and plugging. The front plastic drive/fan cage (assuming that's the one you meant) is definitely the same between the two machines. I'm not sure about what the problem with the speaker might be. I'd have to go open up the S900 and am not going to have time today. You'll need to unscrew the audio board (Venus) and rotate it and install it in a different position to match the holes in the S900 bezel.
