Hi James,
I Have 2 single 604e's. Both have SSCPU Series on the heat sink. On the
back of #1(under bar code): M604eB200CVC, P/N 910225-38,
S/NCP8101076.C31. The other says: (no barcode) (I) 604e/250 BGA, P/N
910225-34, S/N JY00787.C26. The later CPU has a fan on the heat sink
and both have connectors on the top of the card. Maybe that will mean
somethin'.

Your homepage is great, Folks this is some set up James has. I too was
an Amigoid and also unloaded my great Amiga 2000 on eBay. The buyer
paid more in shipping than the price of the Amiga. Amiga was really
big in Silicon Valley and Jay Miner (Amiga's inventor) used to
regularly come to the local Amiga meetings in Palo Alto in 1988. Did
you have Deluxe Paint 3? There's still nothing on the Mac that could do
animation so easily for $ 79. Good luck.
Eric
