still sells Apple SCSI CDrom players but the 24x is $99.00 !
You may well want to buy a CDRW drive instead at those prices! A few 
companies still make SCSI CD and CDRW drives. Yamaha is one that still 
makes a SCSI CDRW drive mine is a couple of years old but it does boot 
Mac CD's. Firewire could be a way to go but they are more expensive and 
you have to buy a firewire PCI card and you can not boot from firewire 
on an Old World Mac. www.xlr8yourmac.com
is a good place to find out which current brands and models of CD and
