Thanks Will I tried most of what you suggested and the ones I hadn't I just
did but still no joy. Some people seem to have success with Plextor drives
but I am beginning to think my answer might be to get hold of the VST
Ultratek card OWC have a discussion forum but don't seem to list it for sale
I can't find any suppliers here in UK anyone know where these are available
at a reasonable price?
