-- Hi Pastor Mac- You can do the same thing from any ISP by using PopMoniitor. I used this program when I was being bombarded at another email address and you can very easily go to the remote site where your email resides and select what you want to download to your machine. The program has some nice settings to make things easier, also it is shareware. I think the current version for OS 9x and X is 2.0.3.
