If you're using XPostFacto, there's some good news: Ryan has managed
to make it possible to boot off a Firewire drive with his current
work-in-progress XPostFacto 3. It does involve having a second drive on
the SCSI bus that will share some files with the Firewire drive in
order to boot, but it's a start.
