Good point but no. The Radeon 7000 is the ATI card which requires some drivers from Mac OS 9.2.2 or current version of OSX which is I believe what Nils is running these days on his c600/Apus 3000! The only issue I have heard of with some ATI 128 cards are the ones with the DVD decoder add on. These I've heard need a faster PCI bus slot to use the DVD decoder function in OS 9.x The DVD decoder no longer works in OSX. I've not heard of it causing boot problems just that the DVD function doesn't work. The ATI 128 cards without the DVD decoder can be used with Apple DVD player software OS 9 and X. I've not tried my ATI 128 card in the C500. The ATI Rage pro 8mb works fine in the C500. Perhaps someone else is using the card and can comment. Will S PS. I just realized that if you are using OSX version older then Jaguar you may need the so called OCT 2002 driver update or newer if there are any. You also may need to choose your ATI video card as the output device in XPFacto if using for OSX. I would think the card would work in OS 9.x without the update in drivers though works better with them on my J700. Best of luck -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
