For several years, I've used a simple VGA to Mac 15 adapter in most, not all,
of my old Macs. I've
been told that those costly multi-dip switch adapters aren't 100 percent
adaptible anyway. And I've used
a range of VGA monitors with that simple adapter, so it satified my needs.
