You do need the E100 extensions in your active System Folder. Just copy 
them from your previous install or the CD. I don't know if anybody has a 
mirror up of the old supermac ftp site, but if you can't locate them, I 
could email the last version to you. I believe that they are two extns 
and a cp for the uwscsi part of the card.

As an E100 note to the list: I have built a RAID array which boots into 
9.2.2 off of the E100 card with the jackhammer 1.4.5 firmware - the 
internal bus is all Linux - no other OS likes umax's proprietary E100 
setup, so I'm assuming OSX will never support it.
