It doesn't appear to say that it even must be a Mac card.  I'm 
thinking the bin of old PC video cards down at Good Will looks pretty 
attractive right now.

I won't do it though in protest of their shipping options though. 
$15 and $20 is ridiculous, especially for a service which will take 
longer to deliver than the US Mail would, when the US Mail would only 
charge $4 - $6 (depending on weight).   They're probably using 
Airborne or similar service which just doesn't make sense for a 
package this small and sturdy.  The USPS will have a box like that 
across the country in about three days for starting at $3.85.
