I bought a Gateway P3 for my son, who is learning programing at
school. A friend gave me a D-link and i got a couple of Cat-5 cables
and thought I'd network it to my C600. I know nothing about
networking. I picked up an Asante 10/100 ethernet card off ebay. After
I installed it in the C600 I noticed an ethernet option added to my
TCP/IP window.
How can I configure the C600 to utilize the network? Is it
practical to try to network with a PC? Do I need to download drivers
for the Asante card?
I tried looking in the archives, but didn't find anything
applicable. Hope one of you can help.

        Mike
