(I have Toast Titanium and a LaCie 8x burner with OS 9.1 on the S900.) The computer locked up after a few seconds in the beginning of the process. One of the very few times I've ended up with a coaster... Since my normal practice is to rip onto a drive and keep the data for a short period, I didn't investigate further.
