I just flashed a PCI 7000 32MB DDR Radion (ATI #100-430290). Download the files from the german site.
Flash the 'bad' ROM using a PC. Flash the card using the ATI 208 ROM from the ATI website. Plug in a monitor and reboot. It took only a few minutes. The card is $40 after $10 rebate at CompUSA this week. UMAX S900 9.2.2 - fully loaded. PS I flashed the card in Slot 6, but it looks like it has to be in Slot 1 or 2 to work (as does my original RADEON Mac Edition).
