Just an update, with a bit more experimenting I have found that the screen
scramble only happens after the system is put to sleep, not if only the
display is put to sleep.  A quick fix for the moment is to put the system
sleep setting in OS10.2.4 to never sleep.  Would still be interested if the
same thing happens with other Radeon 7000s and if anybody knows of a fix.
