For some reason I've downloaded several versions of OS 9 Helper, all
with different version numbers on the folders, but all with the same
1.0b7 software. Frankly my desktop (and brain) is very full of several
different versions of ROM & driver files for the Radeon card and this
nifty piece of software that allows OS 9.2 to run. Is there really a
1.2.07b or has something strange happened by decompressing the same file
over & over or something?
Sometimes several folders of the same name in the same directory will get increasing decimals added to each... Like "1.0b7.1", "1.0b7.2", "1.0b7.3", and so on. Not that that is what you're seeing, but it happens.
Anyway, the OS 9 Forever web site shows 1.0b7 as the current version.
