I personally know nothing about this machine other then to say I'm sure 
it would be nice to have one ;-)
crucial.com is a well thought of ram seller with lots of info on their 
site. They show the G4 400mhz machine as having 4 ram slots and they 
sell PC 133 512mb chips for this machine and PC 100 chips for the 
32-256mb  size chips which makes it sound like they should be ok. They 
also warn that while it is physically possible to go over the 1538mb 
limit of this machine to do so can cause major ram errors in use. The 
G4 466mhz machine on the other hand has 3 ram slots and they sell PC 
133 ram for this machine.  I include this info as it would seem if some 
one were to upgrade/ change the CPU in this machine it maybe hard to 
tell which model you have for sure.Best of luck. Will S
