It's a Sawtooth--G4/400/AGP graphics. MacSolutions lists the memory as PC-100. I suspect its OK but I need to be wary of a firmware update that apparently kills a lot of generic RAM which Apple subsequently said is due to a speed issue. I think it requires 3-2-2 RAM...
