Personally, I always goto Other World Computing. They offer a lifetime 
warranty (and in three years, I haven't needed to use it) on all of 
their memory, plus it is rather cheap (not the cheapest, but close 
enough). They also don't gouge you on shipping charges.

I don't work for them, but I always recommend them, it's the first 
place I ever check for anything.

Sign up for their email list, you usually will get a couple of bucks 
shaved off for being a list "member".

There are lots of other places, but I haven't bothered to look. You 
might want to check out the LEM Swap list. You can usually get 128MB 
sticks for $20-30. I've gotten some RAM from there.
