This would be a ROM updater, it only works on Mac edition cards. This 
won't flash a card that is functioning already, nor will it flash a 
'good' PC card. Mac cards ONLY.

Not any form of official word, but after a month, no one has been able 
to find one yet. There isn't really that much of a clone market in the 
US as far as ATI cards go.
