Thank-you for the heads up on the Symantec link.

As for screen shots, I have a bloated folder full of screen shots that
saved my butt numerous times during my learning days of configuring
modem connections and e-mail setup. For the longest time I didn't
realize there is a cmd/shft/4 option for selecting only part of the
screen for the shot.
