Is it a USB Drive? If so it will NOT (as Frank points out) boot the 
machine. If it is, it is my mistake, as I was assuming it to be scsi. If 
it is USB, you can still install to a bare HD, assuming you can boot the 
machine another way. You can do this by booting from another HD, a CD, 
or a DiskTools floppy with a CD driver added. I'm sorry if I've caused 
you extra work by not realizing that you were talking about a USB 
device. If it is a SCSI zip, then I can send you a copy of System Picker 
to force the machine to boot from the right device.
