Alan, You're talking about mozilla, if i remember correctly. If it is, then you can change your preferences so that it doesn't warn you about submitting forms or cookies or secure web sites etc. Edit>preferences>privacy and security or edit>preferences>ssl and so on. In the dialog that pops up every time, there should be a checkbox to aid this process. Mozilla is very customizable, you can disable popups, or disable javascript or images just for mail, and various other nice things.
