Hi Nancy,

Much of it is faked to appear that it comes from Microsoft. Other
pieces have various addresses. I'm getting at least one a day, and
while I've mostly learned to tolerate and quickly delete SPAM, I
detest receiving unsolicited attachments. These all come with a 152K
attachment and I'm on dial up.

Anyway, as Alan pointed out, it's one of the PC viruses which infects
a PC, harvests email addresses from MS Outlook and sends messages
with fake headers to those addresses. So, if you're getting a lot of
this stuff, as I am, it's got to be coming from someone who has your
email address in their Outlook box. Now that could be any of many
many folks, but I figured the denizens of the LEM lists was a good
place to start.

Of course, it could also be a SPAMer whose computer is infected and
so unintentionally sending extra SPAM to his entire SPAM address
collection.

I was just hoping for an easy solution of finding a LEMer who was the
victim and could shut the evil virus down.
