If you can boot from another drive that also contains Disk Warrior, then
you should give it a try, especially if you can see all the volumes in
the troubled partitioned drive using Disk Warrior.
Someone else will have to chime in on the specifics of repairing a
partition that contains Jaguar.
Not sure if it requires some sort of different structure that requires a
newer version of DiskWarrior.

My preference is to boot from the external SCSI burner with the Disk
Warrior CD.

At least try Disk Warrior to see if the damaged partitioned are showing
up as available for repairs.
If so, I would also run Disk Optimizer.
