I found a great USB KVM switch here:

Only $73 including shipping to Colorado. Sure it's a little spendy but I can add any kind of machine to it. It also has a USB hub- maybe it's time to get a new HP USB printer. w00t! (Macs work w/ USB printers right?)

These are rock-solid units, in my experience. All-metal construction, sturdy switches, rack-mounting points.

We have one at work for running Macs and Windoze boxes from the same keyboard and monitor. I also have a four-port unit at home, connecting my J700 (with added USB card), my Linux box, and my (rarely-used) Windows machine. I'm using an Apple keyboard and a Logitech trackball, and everything works like a champ. I also have a Belkin KVM, but it doesn't work properly with Linux (although this is supposedly fixed in bleeding-edge kernels). The Belkin did work fine with Windows and the Umax, though.

The other poster's comment about keeping your ADB mouse and keyboard handy is well-taken. There've been a couple of times that I needed to use the non-USB mouse and keyboard to fix things. It's pretty rare, though. I just keep them tucked behind the case.

Note that buy.com has the Starview four-port unit for $77.99 plus shipping.
