Is there a BB similar to this that deals with software problems? I just got an update for Reunion 7 to move it up to 8. Put in the disk and the opening picture you get with these things only loaded partway. Tried my 7 disk and Disk warrior-same result. Called PC Connection-dealer-and went through the procedure. Their conclusion was a problem with my disk drive--anything else I should be looking for or other test to try? Bill S.
