Hi Phil,

My comments on using ADU were in the context of having an OS X drive to boot
from and wanting to partition a drive in a FireWire enclosure without a lot
of third party extensions and/or utilities. You could use your PBG4 for that
with no problems and the drive will be recognized by the UMAX provided you
check the "include OS 9 driver" box.

Otherwise, if you are just looking to run OS 9.2 on the UMAX, then you don't
have go through all that: the version of ADS that comes with the update
should be just fine, unless the drives you have are incompatible.
