Finally got this thing going. I extracted some components from the OS 9.2.1
tome, (updated ATI extensions, OpenGL 1.2.2 extensions) and bingo! The
patched Apple DVD Player must have been looking for the updated extensions.

Am now happily in the land of DVD playing/creating - these Umax machines
just keep rockin'!
