That's the good ol' FWB Jackhammer SCSI card (E100) that UMAX included in some models. It allows for 100baseT ethernet as well. As for it's SCSI side, it's a 40 mb per second UltraWide SCSI accelerator, which has a 68 pin connector. Much faster than the internal SCSI controller, but must be matched with an UW SCSI drive of like kind to achieve higher transfer rates. (One can add a 68 to 50 pin adapter to a 50 pin SCSI drive but not reap the speed benefits) I'm not aware of any slot issues with that card, which is not to say they don't exist.
