Hi All!

I have a friend with multiple licences for OS X and Final Cut 4. He was kind
enough to let me have a seat for both.

Here's my set up:

Umax S900 Running OS 8.6
Sonnet G3/400
368MB RAM
stock 8x CD/ROM drive
Stock 3.5" floppy drive
2 gig SCSI System Drive
1 gig Back up drive (for emergencies)
and a 8.4 gig storage drive.

I have 2 GFX cards in PCI slots 1 and 2 (counting from top down)
2 port Firewire PCI (slot3)
2 port USB (slot 4)
SCSI Card in 5
Ethernet in 6

Question: What do I need to do to get OS X on my system? and is it worth it?

I have already ordered an aditional 9.1 gig SCSI drive
I know I need a clean copy of 9.1 - but past experiences with OS 9 installs
have gone sour for me so I am reluctant to spend $50-150 for the OS disk. -
Advice on this is welcome.

Thank You!
Alan
