This is why I am suggesting you stop using your service provider's
sorftware.
I forget the name of it but many DSL providers use the same thing, which is
what came with my Verizon service.
Caused nothing but problems until I connected the router and got rid of the
software.
I recall from earlier this year when several comments were made about the
connection software that comes on the CD provided by DSL services. Basically
there were many conflicts caused by it.
