Dear all, I have a Pulsar 1500 running 9.1 and cannot get my Epson stylus 600 to work with it. After installing and re installing printer software, when I go to the chooser it says another app is using the printer port. But all apps are off inc appletalk (tried on and off) . I also mostly cannot get the printer on without the green light flashing and it chucking out pages of gobbledy gook. I have tried with all 3rd party extensions off save epson. My ISP is aol and am suspicious that it is affecting port availability, but with extensions off this should not be possible? Realise possibility of extension conflict but problem persists with all off, base etc. Also tried in modem port and with modem disconnected. Printer was working fine with PowerCenter... Any ideas welcome
