Jacqueline, 1. Boot with extensions off 2. Open up Extensions Manager and turn off all QuickTime extensions. 3. Boot up the machine
4a. If it doesn't boot ok, then it's not QT. 4b. If it boots fine, go back into Extensions Manager and turn on QuickTime extensions one at a time, (try activating the main QT extension first), while rebooting between each QT extension you activate. You should be able to locate the QT extension that is giving you the trouble, if that is the problem. On my machine, there's also a QuickTime folder in the Extensions folder. You might want to try moving QT extensions out of that folder one at a time as a last resort if QT is the offending problem. H. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
