Hi Jacqueline,

For some reason I didn't see this before your later message.

Mac OS 9.1 requires QT 5. The installer may have failed to upgrade the
version of QT. Either Install 9.1 itself without the previous version--where
did you find a 9.1 updater?--or do a "clean install" that renames the old
System Folder to "System Folder (Old)" so you can selectively re-activate
any third party extensions you may desire.
