Hi listers, I know you will remember me. My C500 computer has been giving me the willies for a few days. I became desperate so I looked for the install disk which happens to be in Japanese. Well I put the disk in and it booted the system, just like it could read everything. I looked over the things on the disk just to see if I could find the Mac OS operating extension. I actually could read it so I installed it in the extension folder. This is the first in about a week that the system would boot up OK. I am holding my breathe until it proves itself.
