I've uploaded a number of minor tweaks to the Support section (and elsewhere) on the SuperMac Insider site -- some good navigational improvements, little new content yet.
In doing so, I've noticed that Safari seems to have some very persistent caching, and will then load HTML changes a refresh or two before it loads the images to go with them. So, if you're viewing the site with Safari and the left-side nav bar looks stretched or doesn't show the User Manuals & Software links, click refresh repeatedly. I even had to clear my history, quit, and relaunch Safari, and still refresh a few times (Personally, I blame Microsoft. They're interfering again, somehow.). Does anyone know what happened to the list-authored FAQ project being bandied about over a year ago? I may have a bit more time to put into that after I finish the (long overdue) KnowledgeBase resurrection, but I really like the idea of other list'ers contributing fresh content. At Umax, we simply flagged the most-accessed KB records as FAQs and served them up through another page.
