Hi,

Long time lurker on this list and owner of 2 SuperMac C500's running
YellowDog Linux!

Both my machines are getting a bit low on ram and I'd ideally like to
upgrade them, these chips seem to be getting harder to come by but I've
managed to find a couple of 128Meg chips for sale, I'm not entirely sure
whether the C500 will accept 128Meg chips though - none of the docs I've
found on the web mention 128, most stop at 64...

The chip's spec is: "128MB 168 Pin Mac 5v DIMM 60 NS 4K EDO (2K per bank)"
which sounds to be right, has anyone used a similar chip ? Will it work ?

Regards,
John Baxendale
