Interesting you should mention that. I did see someone selling flashed PC Radeon cards on eBay. The ending bid was around $75. A bit cheaper than a ATI Radeon 7000. I'd actually HAVE one if I hadn't spent close to $70 on hard drives media hardware.
BTW. Has anyone here been able to run dual G4 upgrade cards successfully for the S900? That's what I"m planning to do. I know it won't be as fast as an out-of-the-box G4, but it should be able to hold its own. --- Will S <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > From: Steve Baguley <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > Date: Mon, 19 Apr 2004 23:28:35 +0100 > > > > I'm the proud owner of an s900 with 320MB RAM, a > 450MHz G4 Sonnet > > crescendo > > and a Voodoo 3 2000 video card. > > > > I want to upgrade the video card. > > > > What's the best video card I can get to work with > my s900? > > > > Many thanks > > > > > > Steve > > > > It is true the best card currently being sold new > for the Mac is the > ATI Radeon Mac 7000.
