Well, after spending the past month working with my
S900, and getting it up and running, and then
realising the futility and amount of money in bringing
it up to date when there's other, BETTER Power Macs to
be had, I'm putting it up for sale.
I put an 1.9 GB Apple Hard drive inside, with the
original Western Digital drive inside. I've added a
Apple 8x hard drive to the 24x Panasonic drive I have.
It works great with the Sony CD-R I bought for it as
well.
It's got 240 MB inside of it, and an Xclaim 3D + DVD
card inside. Everything works fine now that the bugs
have been worked out. And yes, I'm leaving the Sonnet
Crescendo 333 MHz daughtercard inside (with the
extensions an OS X install already on the hard drive).
I was going to add dual daughercards to it, but I had
a change of heart.
