Hi again,
& Thanks Nancy for those suggestions! First, I mis-stated in my original post, Even wierder... I was missing the system file, not folder. How & why would that get GONE during a Palm software install???
I had an OS 9.1 emerg. startup zip, that I tried to use to drag the system file onto my powerbook, but another odd thing, it wouldn't SEE that zip??? So, I burned a cd of the OS 9.1 system folder from my s900, & finally my powerbook SAW that! So, I drug-off the system file & put it into the system folder, re-started & then it let me restart with OS 9.1!!!! Geez what a day! All because my palm died!
I'm so glad to have my trusty ol s900!!!
Thanks again Nancy.
Kim :-)
