I got four quick responses to my problem. All of them had good suggestions,
most of which I had already tried. I followed up on checking out the power
supply and found it to be fine. The most prevalent suggestions centered on
the CPU board so I concentrated my efforts there. I found that neither
reseating nor removing the Sonnet Crescendo G4 processing card was any help.
Removing the G4 card, resetting the CUDA and replacing the card also didn't
help. However, removing the G4 card, resetting the CUDA and putting in the
old Newer Technology G3 processor card brought the s900 back to life.
Removing the G3 card and reinserting the G4 card restored everything to
normal. This doesn't tell what went wrong, but at least the s900 is working.

Thanks to everyone who helped,

Robert Kay
