Do you have any Virus software running? It often interferes with
instillations. Other than that, I'd see if there are any know extension
conflicts in the read me or on Kodak's website. Some Kodak software is
Windows only. Paul C.

with the ram maxed out & plenty of room on the hard drive.
But every time I try to install it, a window pops up &
says"preparing to install" then just sits there.
Any suggestions?
