"upgraded to a G4". It sounds more like they have some bad code in their installer. If
this was a downloaded software, I'd try to download a new copy and try again. Paul C

From the Kodak Tech, I guess I now know, what I was hoping wasn't the case.
They actually do make the software for mac's, for OS 9.1 & even OS X. BUT, the reguirement is that it be installed onto a G something Mac!
Not our upgraded to a "G" MAC clones!
So, they haven't emailed me back since I asked about the pre-G Macs that have been upgraded to a "G".
I do have virus software, but I had it turned off during trials of installs. Thanks again, Kim
