I am looking for a set of the external speakers like the ones that came with my Umax C600 that I bought back in 1996 at Mac Mall. If anyone has them laying around in the closet and wants a home for them please contact me off board.
I am trying to help a disabled and somewhat handicapped individual. I have found someone that is willing to donate a Beige G3 running OSX Panther 3.9 but it would need the powered external speakers like the ones I am using with my S900's that are running Jaguar. When running the Old World Mac's in Jaguar or Panther the machine no longer has any audio volume control or sufficient volume to hear even the chime. However there is a low level signal present at the audio port.
