Writing this to request a way to satisfy service dependencies by either

This would make service *hard* dependencies a piece of cake instead

Comments?

Thanks.

NOTE: Many daemons accept USR1 signal to reload configuration file,
so, this would make sense to trigger a re-scan.

 Hi Toki,
I don't quite understand what you are suggesting. Can you please
reformulate ?
In particular, can you explain why "s6-svscanctl -an" isn't doing
what you want ?

 Thanks,
