I missed the -[az] last time I've checked s6-svscanctl(8) although I do remember the nuke variant -[Nn]. I will check later some old info about a re-scan signal for runit... and would then include *hard* style deps in the next supervision scripts framework release. It would normally be cheap and simple if everything goes as intended. Thanks for the quick reply.
